Funny, irreverent and poignant, To The Worlds is a feel good story about crazy dreams and second chances. Our cameras follow eight middle-aged and much older female skaters as they push themselves to their limits – physically, emotionally and financially. Their goal: to get themselves to the 2018 Master’s World Figure Skating Championships in Germany. And to win! Some of the women started skating late in life, some are back after careers, children, heart surgery or hip replacements. After decades of meeting others’ needs, can they finally put their own desires first – and win gold?
