Hi Helen: You may remember me from your long ago past at CBC regional tv, Vancouver. I remember treasuring a compliment you made about my work shortly after I was hired as a cub tv reporter, with a primarily radio background. And so we connect again. This time my turn to sing your praise. I’ve posted on my facebook site info about your upcoming doc with Maureen Palmer, who is a fb friend of mine and former colleague. I remember recommending to her the psychologist who was your consultant on this doc. As six degrees of separation would have it, he is an SFU prof whom I write about occasionally as an information officer at SFU. BTW, I have a great voice and would freely (you don’t have to pay me) voice docs or promos for you should you need someone to do a voice over. Used to do a lot of voice work once and miss it. Otherwise, would love to have you as a fb friend (can’t find you on there). I use my site a lot to feed media SFU-related story ideas and promote my fb friends. Will watch your doc on Thursday.
